Learn how to make cheese from scratch with your hands! and then discover the Etruscan heritage.


Your english-speaking driver will pick you up at your hotel in Rome and whisk you away from the chaos of the city

Tour of the farm guided by the farmers who dedicate their entire day to the care of their animals and plants... an expert casaro will show you the art of cheese making from raw milk. You will be given all the tools to make your ricotta cheese and primo sale cheese (a cheese made with cow’s milk) by following the directions of your guide, while re-discovering the gestures and rhythms of our ancestors’ daily life

The cheese making class can be substituted - upon request - by making pasta from scratch, baking cookies or baking bread in a wood oven!
In the months of July and August, the default class will be “fruit jam making.”

Lunch at the farm is a meal of typical local dishes and specialties

(appetizers, first and main course, side dish, cake, and beverages are all included)


Guided tour of an Etruscan Necropoli: in the 9th -8th C. BC this site, once inhabited and occupied by three houses, was abandoned and it became the main burial place of the town. Today, we can visit 14 frescoed tombs.

Guided tour of the National Archaeological Etruscan Museum housed in the rooms of the Palazzo Vitelleschi. The collection is famous for the beauty and variety of the pottery finds which are unique in their shape and decoration.
